Led by Xie Yuhong, Deputy Secretary-General of ACEF, an environmental exchange and training group consisting of 10 representatives from environmental CSOs and environmental enterprises went to Finland for the training on system & capacity building of public participation in environmental protection. Based on classroom instructions and practice, they developed a deep understanding of Finland’s natural ecological conservation, measures for public participation, media's promotion of environmental protection, and relevant laws, regulations, licensing system, etc. |
